Achievement guide for Pivot of Hearts! Spoilers ahead, of course
Intro
Welcome to my 100% achievement guide! If you’re like me and liked Pivot of Hearts so much you wanted to 100% the game, I’m here to help! This will contain spoilers, of course.
Getting all the achievements will require you to at least play the game fully two times. Make sure you save after the tutorial so you don’t have to go through it every single time! There is also a locked route/ending here.
Story Achievements
These achievements are ones that you can’t miss. No matter what you pick, you’ll get these.
Old Friends
Finish the first chapter
Ripples in the Water
Finish the second chapter
Collision Course
Finish the third chapter
Signs
Sing the most infamous Karaoke song in Brazil together with Caua
I’m pretty sure you’re guaranteed to get this one whether or not you choose to reach out and connect with Caua
A Friend in Need
Help programmer Bia handle her jealous boyfriend
I’m pretty sure you can’t miss this one
MechaMASP LAUNCH!
Get in the robot
I’m pretty sure this isn’t missable as well. No matter what choice you picks, this dream sequence happens the same.
HUGE Award
Finish and release Healing Quest in Brzil’s largest indie festival
Missable Achievements
These achievements are missable as these do require you to need the needed cards for you to pick the choices that lead you down the path that unlocks the achievement.

Pivot of Hearts Love and Tarot Guide
A Sunday Afternoon
Spend time with Etsuko in two iconic Liberdade spots
There are two hangouts you can have with Etsuko. One that requires you to have the cards to pick the choice and one where it’s a free choice. Just make sure you have the cards and pick to hang out with Etsuko instead of Caua and you’ll get this during the second hangout with her.
Home Date
Get to know Caua’s family in a sweet and nerdy home date
When you have the choice between hanging out with Caua or Etsuko, pick Caua!
Let’s dance!
Get with the times and dance to the sound of k-pop
During the hangout with Caua, you’ll get a choice where you can get Wen to play Let’s Dance (totally not Just Dance). This does require you to have the cards to pick this choice, though.
Animal Handling
Find and help the scared cub inside the temple ruins
During the CnC (totally not DnD) campaign, you’ll get a choice that requires cards to check out a temple. You’ll get this achievement if you have the needed cards and pick this choice.
Peacemaker Wexian
Bring the tension among Arbolt, Burmos, and Clant to a peaceful resolution
If you get one of the good endings, you’ll get this achievement.
Art Collector
Unlock all CGs
If you’re going for all the achievements, you’ll naturally get this achievement. I don’t believe you need to go down every choice branch as CGs appear in the major choice branches where you’ll be gaining Affection/Love Points.
Ending Achievements
These are achievements tied to endings! You do need to accumulate enough Affection/Love Points for Etsuko or Caua as you’re going through the game.
Pivot of Hearts
Reach an ending where you find happiness with someone from your past
Confess to Etsuko, Etsuko accepts, and Wen is fine with being in the poly relationship
King of Hearts
Reach an ending where you find happiness with someone new in your life
Confess to Caua, Caua accepts, and Wen is fine with being in the poly relationship
Three of Hearts
Reach an ending where three hearts find happiness together
Locked route! This unlocks after you achieve either Pivot of Hearts of King of Hearts. You need enough Affection/Love Points with Caua and Etsuko and they have to be equal so you can get the choice to pop up and pick the choice where Wen realizes he likes both of them. You do also need to be okay with being in the poly relationship.
Conquest
Reach an ending where you claim love all for yourself and face the consequences
Confess to Etsuko, Etsuko accept, but Wen is not okay with being in the poly relationship.
Acceptance
Reach an ending where you abdicate your love and return to where you begun
You get this ending if you back out of confessing, Etsuko/Caua rejects you, or you pick that Wen is not cool with being in the poly relationship in Caua’s route.
Master Lover
Master Lover
Gather all possible love points in a single playthrough
This was involves a lot of work planning out your choices ahead of time. I actually made a guide if you don’t want to figure it out yourself or just need help with it.
