Games That Interested Me During Day of the Devs: The Game Awards Edition 2025 Showcase
Some more upcoming games to get excited about!
Another game showcase and this is when some duplicates are being shown. So I won’t repeat games I already mentioned during the other showcases this week, but as always I’ll like to the VOD so you guys can watch it yourself.
Day of the Devs: The Game Awards Edition 2025 Showcase
Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School
Class is (back) in session with Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School! Play in solo or co-op and explore an all-new campus, escape life-threatening puzzle rooms, and unravel a conspiracy as old as the school itself — all before the bell rings.
I really liked Escape Academy and I’m so glad we’re getting a sequel!
Manipulate gravity, space and time, and survive terrifying nightmares in a deeply atmospheric lucid dream. Facing terrifying creatures, and solving challenges that bend reality, every moment reveals more of the dark truth behind Lucid Falls.
Honestly, the trailer didn’t interest me, but the gameplay that they showed really won me over.
A rock-and-roll management RPG where you guide a 90s grunge band from garage obscurity to stadium glory. Set up gigs, manage egos, and navigate the music industry in an alternative America inhabited by larger-than-life anthropomorphic characters. Make it big without selling out.
STRETCH THE WORLD! In this comedic first-person puzzle adventure, you are The Stretchmancer. Squash and stretch everything around you to solve fiendish puzzles, defeat the Claustro Empire, and save the galaxy!
This one looks so cool.
Welcome to Beastro! In this charming fusion of fantasy adventure, not all heroes wield swords… Some prefer the spoon. And, sometimes to save the world you’ve got to start with a really good meal.
I am so looking forward to Beastro. You guys have no idea.
UN:Me is an adventure game where you guide a girl harboring multiple souls within her body through an unsettling mental labyrinth, engaging in dialogue with each soul while making the harrowing choice of which to keep and which to erase in your escape attempt.
The Dungeon Experience is a comedy first-person adventure about a low-level mudcrab chasing his dream of helping YOU experience the true bliss of Financial Freedom*
An atmospheric casual puzzle game where players navigate a strange cryptic world that blurs the line between dream and reality. Using inspection and memory, uncover hidden anomalies between mirrored worlds.
Coming January 12, 2026

Face nature’s wrath and fire spirits by an erupting volcano. Use extinguishing weapons and retro-punk gadgets. Expand your base, collect relics, uncover legends, and rescue people and animals in a cataclysm extraction survival.
In this turn-based RPG musical, join Cadence as she recruits an ensemble of musicians on her quest for stardom. Experience turn-based combat like never before, where each battle is a musical performance with evolving combat conditions and genre-bending mashup attacks!
It’s honestly so sad this one was shown after they basically said “this is the end of our showcase” since it seems like this was originally cut off for those that watched this live. It does seem like an interesting game.
